BitCleanerX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. BitCleanerX is open source software that does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in relation to our applications and services.

Data we do not collect

Local file system access

BitCleanerX scans directories on your device to identify junk files and reclaim disk space. All scanning, analysis, and deletion happen locally on your computer. File paths, sizes, and contents are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Deletions are performed only on items you explicitly choose to remove.
